Variations in Gift Box Goodies
Our gift boxes contain many carefully curated gifts from various brilliant brands and suppliers. It sometimes happens that we may have to make a change of product from what you can see and read about in Our Shop. But it shouldn't make a difference to the quality of gifts received, as we will always replace the item with a similar and equally stylish gift - use the info in Our Shop as a kind of guideline of the type of gifts that the gift box will hold. W&W therefore reserve the right to vary the contents of each gift box from how it is described on our website. We will endevour to update the website as soon as possible, but for really up to date information, stalk us on Instagram.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
All sales are final here at W&W. We do not have a returns and refunds policy, but that's just because we're so sure your recipient will love what they find in their gift box! However, if you do think a product may be damaged when it is received, then send us an email and we will do our best to replace it.
Once the gift box you ordered has left W&W HQ for your recipient doorstep, we cannot accept any responsibility for the package - we kindly pass that on to the courier! In the rare event that your recipient does not receive their exciting little delivery, however, then do get in touch and we will help you track it down.
We use Royal Mail for all Next Day deliveries. The majority of our Standard deliveries are also done through Royal Mail but we use occasionally use myHermes to mix it up a bit!
Local deliveries are carried out by a member of the W&W team within 2-3 working days. If the first and second attempts at delivery are unsuccessful, we will post a W&W card through their letterbox, with details of where they can pick up their gift box.
All payments are taken upfront when you order on the website. Payments to W&W are handled securely through Stripe.
Delivery charges are not included in the price of the box, but all packaging is.
